Before Marianas Gas Corporation acquired Island Equipment Company's industrial gas assets and its name, Island Equipment Company ("IECO") commenced business on Guam in 1948 with investments in a variety of home improvement center operations which include, industrial gas manufacturing, LP gas distribution, hardware, paints, automotive parts and DuPont refinishes, construction, commercial real estate, Goodyear Tire, movie theatres and bowling alleys.

IECO subsequently pared these business lines and now concentrates upon its core enterprises by continuing to manufacture various industrial gases at its production facilities in Agat, manage and develop its local real estate investments and maintain its business operations throughout the Mariana Islands to Palau, Federated States of Micronesia and the Western Pacific.

Our corporate offices are located at Unit A 151 West Harmon Industrial Park Road Tamuning, Guam 96913-4114. The IECO manufacturing plant is located in the Island Equipment Industrial Park in Agat, Guam.
