Industrial Gases

Two types of Gases that IECO produced and sells:

Bulk Gases

The two main bulk products that are produced and liquefied in our air separation plant, are oxygen and nitrogen. However, we also have now liquid argon. The carbon dioxide, refrigerated liquid is also another bulk gas that we produce and retail.

We deliver our bulk products to our customers by the following:

1. 1300 gals. Liquid Oxygen Tanker Truck
2. Duracyl 180 & 160 HP Dewars
3. 750 gals. Liquid Nitrogen Tanker Truck
4. 6 Tons capacity Liquid Carbon Dioxide Tanker Truck

These products are stored at the production facility in liquid phase at different temperatures and pressures depending on the gas: about 190 degrees Celcius and atmospheric pressure for air gases; Negative 20 degrees celcius and 20 bars for CO2.

Cylinder Gases

For gas users who need mobility and / or have a less volume requirement of gas per month, gas cylinders can represent an extremely practical method of supplying gas.

Gas cylinders are defined by four main characteristics:

1. Type of gas:

O2, N2, Argon, Acetylene, CO2, H2 , Nitrous Oxide, helium and other medical gases.

2. State of gas:
Compressed gas, refrigerated liquid (CO2, Nitrous Oxide), dissolved gas (acetylene) or cryogenic liquids.

3. Purity of gas:
form 99.5 to 99.99%

4. Type of cylinder:
The size (volume) and pressure, which differs from one country to another. Materials used in the construction of cylinders are aluminum, steel, light alloys, composite materials, as well as special porous substances filling the interior of acetylene cylinders.
